The project includes the design and fabrication of a dehydration switching module, a dryer regeneration separation module, a dryer dust filer module, and a pipe rack module.
Aspire’s Engineering Division was responsible for the complete mechanical and electrical design including piping stress analysis using Caesar II, structural analysis, piping design tied into existing plant coordinates and full electrical design, including CSA approval. Aspire completed the structural and piping design using SolidWorks. The intricate structural analysis was competed using Robot. The in house drafting department also was busy developing all the drawings related to the project.
The Fabrication Division at Aspire was responsible for pipe welding, structural welding, pipe & structural coating, mechanical assembly, instrumentation & electrical construction, and transportation & logistics coordination to site. Aspire was also responsible to coordinate and transport these massive loads from Red Deer to Ft. McMurray. One more thing to take off the Client’s to do list.
