Fuel Gas Coalescing Filters with two pressure reducing stations and a custom gas sweetening package mounted on a 14’-0” Wide x 45’-0” Long Skid (40 ton). Package designed to handle 11.0 MMSCFD of gas with two 12.75” OD x 96” S/S Vertical Gas Coalescers (100% standby). Two pressure reducing stations to drop gas pressure from 1600 psig to 120 psig. Client supplied a custom gas sweetening package (Membrane Technology) to sweeten the gas from 1000 ppm to 100 ppm. Responsibilities included process, mechanical, structural, vessel and piping design, procurement, fabrication and assembly. Electrical, instrumentation and building were completed in the field by others.
