Client: Japan Canada Oil Sands Limited (JACOS).
Wellhead Separator Module mounted on a 22’-0” wide x 72’-0” long skid. Package includes two vertical separators with piping and controls to allow independent operation of each vessel. Our scope included the procurement of all pipe, flanges, fittings, structural steel and arrangement for the installation of self framed building and piping insulation. Overall height of building is approximately 24’-0” and total weight is around 120,000 lbs. Aspire was responsible for the control and warehousing of all JACOS supplied instruments and major equipment.
